Hi, I’m Brenda! Kickass Modern Mom founder & movement leader in deeply enhancing the Modern Motherhood Experience for our generation and future generations!

I come from PIONEERS, and am one myself!

I grew up on an Arizona cattle ranch where I saw the incredible advantages of having a "village" of support from other ranchers, ranch employees and family members. I also witnessed the incredibly challenging deterioration that the lack of "village" of support in my own mother's motherhood journey had on her mental health and her relationship with us 6 kids. I see both of these perspectives as such a gift in my life, because they BOTH have inspired me to create this POWERFUL new way to approach MOTHERHOOD, that I cannot wait to share with you!

Many times, a business or workplace gets the systems, processes and team support it needs, but the homefront may fall short.

Through my extensive education in the world of business and leadership, and my own innovative application of these same principles in my own busy Entrepreneurial household over the years, I've learned how to "run my house like a business" with automation and delegation techniques, so that my amazing husband and I can have the time and energy to have endless adventures and fun with our kids, our friends, ourselves, and all of our multiple businesses!

Over the last 2 decades, I have hired, onboarded, trained and managed over 150 different types of support personel, and I've developed game changing frameworks to optimize the process within any household!

It's my calling to share what I've learned and implemented in my own family, with as many other families as I can!

I want all my fellow Moms out there to be able to start LIVING those somedays TODAY! To have the time and energy to do the things that light them up and feel their full SUPER Mom selves for their kids, their husband's and especially, themselves!

As Moms, we all hear how important self care is, to fill our cup, to put our oxygen mask on first, but I know how sometimes Self Care can seem like just another thing on an endless To Do list. We can feel so overwhelmed and burnt out. We know we need to take care of ourselves, but when?

But How?

I found the answer.

The answer is not How, but WHO.

We can find the "Who's" to BUILD OUR OWN VILLAGE of support around us. We can hire amazing "villagers" to support us right in our own households, while also surrounding ourselves by like minded "villagers" in the Mom Communities we surround ourselves by!

I know how it feels to be ready for MORE in the Motherhood Experience, because several years ago, when I was struggling with so much overwhelm as a Mom and a busy Entrepreneur's Wife, I created Kickass Modern Moms primarily for ME, for my own support group of Mom friends. I learned from them and how some of them were using Systems and Outsourcing in their own households, and that seriously UNLOCKED THE SECRET FOR ME! I started applying the principles and strategies my husband used in his business, in my own house, and it worked!! I kept trying things I had never heard anyone else doing before, and I felt like I was getting closer and closer to this dream existence as a Mom!

I started sharing what I was trying out and learning with the other Moms, especially Moms of Entrepreneur Families, and they saw the same power in this process! They had more energy, more time, improved mindset, and more connection with their spouse and kids! I knew I was onto something seemingly untouched... or at least the best kept secret of all the true Super Moms out there!

I want all Moms to have access to this knowledge. I want to make it so commonplace for Moms to outsource and systemize, that by the time my kids are parents themselves, it'll be a

no-brainer for their generation!

So I have joyfully and eagerly embarked on this journey into somewhat new territory (which is ok, because my ancestors were actual PIONEERS too!), so that we all can deeply enhance the Motherhood Experience for our generation and future generations in a meaningfully collaborative way! I intend to leave a Legacy of Change, and am so excited you're choosing to do the same for your family!

The Kickass Modern Mom Club Membership was designed not only as a place to share what I've learned about successfully implementing family systems and household outsourcing, to run your home like a business, so you can have the time and energy to focus on your unique zone of genius as a Super Mom, but also as a place for you all to come together as the MODERN VILLAGE of support for each other, and to share your journey as well.
