Thank you for agreeing to participate in the Kickass Modern Mom podcast. This document serves as a formal agreement regarding your participation and the use of the content generated during your interview.

1. Authorization for Distribution: You hereby grant the Kickass Modern Mom podcast and its host, Brenda Noon Schmidt, the right to record, distribute, and broadcast your interview and any associated images across various media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.

2. No Compensation: You acknowledge and agree that your participation is voluntary and that you will not receive any form of compensation, either for your participation or for any revenues generated from the episodes featuring your interview.

3. Use of Image and Likeness: You give the Kickass Modern Mom podcast and Brenda Noon Schmidt the right to use your name, likeness, image, and voice in connection with the podcast and for promotional purposes related to the Kickass Modern Mom podcast.

4. Release of Claims: You waive and release the Kickass Modern Mom podcast, Brenda Noon Schmidt, and their affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the interview, including but not limited to, claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of your right of publicity, defamation, and any other personal and/or property rights.

5. Acknowledgment of Understanding: By signing this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
